Shipping
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will immediately begin preparing your items to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via Correos, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
If for any reason you do not receive your order, please contact us at sohojoesclub@gmail.com, providing your order number, and we will review the order history to find a solution as quickly as possible.
You will also receive an email with your order's tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
We strive to deliver all orders within a maximum of 14 days.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately at sohojoesclub@gmail.com. We will refund the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, as long as the order has not been prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
SHIPPING FEES
NATIONAL (Spain, Portugal & Andorra, including Balearic and Canary Islands):
Standard 48H-72H: 5€- FREE for orders over 60€
- FREE hand delivery available if you prefer to receive your hoodie in person. However, you will need to wait until we can meet.
All shipments are managed by Correos to ensure secure and timely delivery.
